1st year (specifically) ~ All product conditions come with a standard 1-year warranty from day of receipt. Universal for 1st year and add-on warranties ~ In case of product issues, warranties must be facilitated by (1st) working with the manufacturer if a product is still under manufacturer warranty and then (secondly) working with the seller directly if the effort through the manufacturer directly is unsuccessful.
~ After the initial 45 day return period, product (even if an additional warranty has been purchased) can only be exchanged for the same respective product in the same general condition / useage at time of return. In some circumstances (at the seller's discretion), product can be exchanged for a newer version of the same product or for store credit.
~ After the initial 45 day return period, product that becomes no longer supported by the manufacturer during the 1st year ( i.e. a printer driver is not available for the upcoming newest windows version) cannot be returned or exchanged after the 45 day return period is exhausted. In the case where a product has had an additional 1-year or 2-year warranty purchased (in addition to the 1st year ~ which is free), the value of the pro-rated warranty from time of buyer's notification to site & seller that product is no longer supported will apply. No deductible applies. ex. After the first year and into the paid warranty 120 days, buyer notifies site and seller that product is no longer supported, (365-120 / 365) X (%5 of base purchase price (for warranty)) = amount reimbursed.
